Where will the conference be held?

Royal Lancaster Hotel, Lancaster Terrace, London, W2 2TY

Royal Lancaster Hotel is located at Lancaster Gate overlooking to the Hyde Park and a short walk to the Oxford Street shopping district. The hotel is easily accessible – just a 2-minute walk via Lancaster Gate underground station or 7-minute walk via Padding underground and train stations. It is equipped with a 24-hour fitness facility, lounge, bar, restaurant and high-speed internet access throughout.

What does the conference registration fee include?

  • The conference fee includes conference materials, as well as admission to all sessions, social events and meals.
  • Hotel accommodation and travel are not included in the registration fee. Delegates are responsible for booking and payment of their own travel and hotel expenses.
  • The registration fee is waived for members of the Hackett Advisory Services subject to the contract agreement. For clarification on the number of complimentary tickets available to your organisation, please contact your Advisory Account Manager.

Can other people from my company attend the conference?

Additional people from your company may attend the conference. They must also register on the registration page of this website.

What is the deadline for registrations?

What is your cancellation policy?

A full refund of your registration fees is applicable for any cancellation made by Monday 3 September 2018. Any cancellation made between Tuesday 4 September and Sunday 23 September will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Any cancellation made from Monday 24 September onwards, a 100% cancellation fee will apply. Should you wish to cancel your registration, please contact Janice Wang at jwang@thehackettgroup.com for assistance.

What is your policy on transferring registrations?

Substitutions may be made at any time. Please send an email to Janice Wang at jwang@thehackettgroup.com if you would like to transfer your registration to a colleague.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Recommended attire for all sessions and social events is business casual. The meeting rooms are kept quite cool, so be sure to bring a sweater or jacket.

How and when can I make hotel reservations?

Reservations can be made via the Royal Lancaster Hotel’s online reservations, by email at book@royallancaster.com or by calling +44 (0) 207 551 6000 directly (between 08:30 and 18:00, Monday to Friday). To secure the discounted group rate of £225 per night (not including applicable VAT), be sure to mention The Hackett Group.

Can I receive CPE credit for attending?

The Hackett Group is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.nasba.org. How many CPE credits will I receive for attending?

  • Earn up to 10 CPE credits in Management Advisory Services

  • The conference is intended for executives with a minimum of 10 years corporate business experience. No advance preparation required.
